Women with highest levels of vitamin D intake are about one third less likely to develop rheumatoid arthritis (RA) than women with the lowest levels, findings from a new study suggest. The National Economic Council (NEC) has approved development budget to the tune of Rs 663 billion for the financial year 2010-11.
The NEC met here with Prime Minister Syed Yousuf Raza Gillani in the chair here Friday to approve the development budget.
Giving briefing to the media after the meeting, Advisor to the prime minister on Finance Hafiz Sheikh said the NEC meeting set the growth target of 5.5. percent for production, 4.7 for services sector and 3.8 for agriculture sector for the next fiscal year.
