I am beginning to get a bit uncomfortable about all this. I understand the feelings of those who have lost their loved ones out there But i have a feeling that it has now become a matter of ego more than anything else. This ( “He appreciated their determination to maintain the tradition of the Army and proud ”without leaving any man behind,” even humanly possible, regardless of cost.”) is a dangerous tendency of Pakistan Army where it places its own assets above the entire country. I think we must consider the “cost” involved vs the “goals”. If the goal is just to find dead bodies then we may be paying a lot of cost -more lives. I invite some one more knowledgeable than myself to comment on the effects of this activity on the environment. I think there is a time when one has to let go. And probably that time has come……
